As Referring Agent, you get (1%) = 100% of Buyer Side on transactions

In the event that someone else is involved in bringing you the client you can split your commissions with that intermediary any way you want through a Sub-fee agreement. Any abuses to charge illegal or excessive extra percentage to your clients will result in the immediate cancellation of the entire transaction, and the dissolution of our business relation.
